Before work begins

We discuss feasibility, cost, timing and the agreed specification with you. Cutting and polishing can change weight, dimensions and appearance; final results depend on the individual stone.

For calibrated emeralds, our tolerance is ±0.1–0.2 mm depending on the product. Confirm the applicable tolerance before ordering.
